Enamel Systems
|
Depending on the way of production, our company produces two different types of enamel cabin. The bases of the filtered hopper-fed cabins of the system is inclined for collecting the enamel powders and giving them back to the system by means of the recycling system. Enamel powders are transferred back to the system by means of the special injectors, by applying fluidized bed on the base of each of the hoppers. Adequate number of hoppers with suitable slope should be available for ensuring the enamel powders, spilled onto the cabin base, to be collected in the hoppers with their own weight. Also the bottom of the filter group is inclined and equipped with hopper. And the cabins of the cyclone system -the other system- are equipped with cyclone made of stainless steel, where the enamel powders are precipitated by means of the centrifugal force; and behind it, there exists the filter group. The fine dusts, which could not be precipitated there, are taken to the filter system by means of the fan suction, and they are kept there. The base of the cabins is inclined in V-shape, for ensuring the enamel powders not to be collected. In the filter groups of the both cabin systems, there exists adequate number of filters with polyester and long-lasting sinters, produced for enamel powder.

It is produced of 1.5 mm galvanized metal sheet coated with electrostatic coating; or produced of stainless steel material entirely. On the cabin there exist radial-type fan, gun openings for the application of automatic and manual spray, closed-circuit lighting system, control panel and the system intended for recovery of the enamel powders. Overhead conveyor line is coupled with the automatic cabin as well.
