AIRLESS HIGH PRESSURE PUMPS AND EQUIPMENT
Airless coating systems use high coating pressure (70 bar-550 bar) instead of air, for degradation of the coating. Therefore, these systems are used in a wide range of cases, where high speed of coating process is needed, such as the coating without solvent or with less solvent, high-viscosity coating, steel construction and ship coating, furniture coating.

PRESSURED CONTAINERS, PUMPS AND EQUIPMENT
Where coating consumption is much and change of color is less frequent, the pressured containers and pumps are used for carrying the coating to the gun.
Pressure vessels are produced domestically; and they have the capacities of 2, 10, 20, 45 and 70 liters.
In order to transfer coating from an open container, proportional pumps with diaphragm or piston can be used.

Different sizes of mixers intended for mixing the coating in the containers with or without pressure, coating and air filters, fluid regulators for controlling the fluid flow, solvent-resistant hoses suitable for various pressures and materials, as well as all kinds of spraying equipment are available in our company.
