Pre-Coating Surface Processes

1) Surface Processing Lines for Spray Application

In the cases of high production capacity, the systems with spray line are more economic. In these systems, the parts moving as hanged on the conveyor involve in chemical reaction for a suitable time, under a suitable pressure and at a suitable temperature, during their passage through the active sections of the spray tunnel. The length of the spray tunnel is determined according to the process and conveyor speed to be used.

Technical Characteristics

*The bath tanks and tunnel are produced of Cr-Ni, PP material or black metal sheet coated epoxy coating, depending on the process to be used.

*With intent to create insulation against heat loss, the wall of the tank is coated with glass wool; and the tunnel wall is insulated with styrofoam, coating with electrostatic coating, and coated with 1,2mm metal sheet.

*Gas and liquid fuel burner together with hot water boiler and plate heat exchanger system or with thermo-block heating system are used for heating the hot bath tanks.

*There are vapor discharge fans at the suitable points of the tunnel.

*The system is controlled through the control panel located on the control panel of the main facility.

2) Surface Processing Lines for Immersion
The system designed for zinc phosphate and aluminum chromate surface processes system consists of the chemical tanks, drying tank, monorail crane system and the basket, in which the parts to be subjected to surface process are placed. It is based on the process of immersing the part into the chemical in the tanks and keeping it waiting throughout the process time. The advantage of the immersion phosphate or chromate method in comparison with the spray applications is that; it enables the chemical to equally diffuse in all points of the materials, and to provide the opportunity of equal cleaning and coating (profile and pipe products). At the end of the process, the materials are required to be dried rapidly.

Technical Characteristics
*As impermeable products, the bath tanks are produced of Cr-Ni, black metal sheet or PP material

*With intent to create insulation against heat loss, the wall of the tank is coated with rock wool, and is coated with 1,2mm metal sheet.

*Besides the hot water boiler operated with gas and liquid fuel, also coil group or electric resistance is used for heating the hot bath tank.

*In the bath tanks containing chemical, a system for mixing with air is available.

*Liquid and gas-fired burners or electrical resistance is used to heat the drying tank.

*A monorail crane with the capacity of 1 ton and a construction are coupled with the system.

*The system is controlled by the control panel located on it.
