Robot System



 

Consists of the robot and the robot control device.

Robot control device has been designed in such a way as to separately control the operation intervals and speed of the robot, through the PLC on a single panel.

The distance measurement of the robots is done with encoders.

The robot control panel (7) is a touch screen LCD with 65k-color.

The operation interval and speed of the robot can be adjusted separately from each other on the panel..

During the work, the operation interval, speed and active memory can be monitored on the display.

This feature provides ease of use and adjustment in the subsequent applications.

The robot’s operation intervals and speeds are adjusted in ‘cm’ and ‘Hz’ respectively.

The robot settings can be saved in the memory for each different product.

The number of hangers coating can be counted by means of a sensor that can be connected to the cabin. Upon request;
The ability of making automatic adjustment within the distance of part sizes, by means of the parts identification system;,
The ability of passing the hanger intervals quickly and resuming the coating process after being positioned on the material to be coating.
